ΑΝΑΡΤΗΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΩΝ ΤΗΣ ΚΤΗΜΑΤΟΓΡΑΦΗΣΗΣ ΣΕ ΔΗΜΟΥΣ ΤΗΣ ΑΤΤΙΚΗΣ

Ξεκινά τη Δευτέρα 27 Απριλίου 2015, η Ανάρτηση των κτηματολογικών στοιχείων σε ακόμα έντεκα Δήμους της Αττικής, τον Ασπρόπυργο, τη Μάνδρα, το Ίλιον, την Πετρούπολη, το Χαϊδάρι, τον Άλιμο, το Ελληνικό, το Μοσχάτο, τον Ταύρο, τη Δάφνη και τον Υμηττό. Για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των δικαιούχων έχουν ήδη αποσταλεί ταχυδρομικώς αποσπάσματα από τους Κτηματολογικούς Πίνακες και τα Διαγράμματα, στη διεύθυνση επικοινωνίας που έχει δηλωθεί από κάθε πολίτη. Μέσω της Ανάρτησης οι ιδιοκτήτες ακίνητης περιουσίας έχουν τη δυνατότητα να ελέγξουν την καταγραφή των ιδιοκτησιών τους και να διορθώσουν τυχόν σφάλματα.

 

Η διαδικασία αυτή διασφαλίζει ότι η κτηματογράφηση θα ολοκληρωθεί σωστά και δεν θα υπάρχουν προβλήματα στη μετέπειτα λειτουργία του Κτηματολογίου. Συνεπώς, στη φάση αυτή η συμμετοχή των πολιτών είναι απαραίτητη προκειμένου να αποφύγουν άσκοπη ταλαιπωρία στο μέλλον.Τα Προσωρινά Κτηματολογικά Διαγράμματα και οι Προσωρινοί Κτηματολογικοί Πίνακες θα αναρτηθούν στα Γραφεία Κτηματογράφησης και θα παραμείνουν αναρτημένα επί δύο (2) μήνες, με ημερομηνία έναρξης την 27η Απριλίου 2015.

Ηλεκτρονική Ανάρτηση κτηματογράφησης

Με την έναρξη της Ανάρτησης, κάθε δικαιούχος θα μπορεί να δει τα στοιχεία που τον αφορούν και ηλεκτρονικά μέσω τηςιστοσελίδας του Κτηματολογίου www.ktimatologio.gr στο portal e-ΚΤΗΜΑΤΟΛΟΓΙΟ Ηλεκτρονικές Υπηρεσίες.Ηλεκτρονικά επίσης υποστηρίζεται η υποβολή αίτησης διόρθωσης προσωπικών στοιχείων μέσω της ειδικής εφαρμογής Ανάρτηση στην ενότητα «Κτηματογράφηση» του portal.

Απαραίτητα στοιχεία για την πρόσβαση στην υπηρεσία αυτή είναι τρία «κλειδιά»: Αριθμός Πρωτοκόλλου Δήλωσης, Κωδικός Προσώπου και Κωδικός Ιδιοκτησίας, τα οποία αναγράφονται πάνω στο Αποδεικτικό Υποβολής Δήλωσης.Για περισσότερες πληροφορίες σχετικά με τη διαδικασία της ανάρτησης οι ενδιαφερόμενοι μπορούν να ενημερώνονται από τον ιστότοπο www.ktimatologio.gr (ενότητα: «Κτηματογράφηση/ Ανάρτηση κτηματολογικών στοιχείων»).

Όποιος έχει έννομο συμφέρον μπορεί μέσα σε προθεσμία δύο (2) μηνών από την ανωτέρω ημερομηνία να υποβάλει αίτηση διόρθωσης ή ένσταση κατά των στοιχείων της Ανάρτησης στο αρμόδιο Γραφείο Κτηματογράφησης. Για τους κατοίκους αλλοδαπής και το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο η αντίστοιχη προθεσμία είναι τέσσερις (4) μήνες.

Ειδικά, για την αίτηση διόρθωσης προδήλου σφάλματος η προθεσμία υποβολής είναι μέχρι 30 Ιουνίου 2016. Μέχρι την ίδια ημερομηνία μπορούν να υποβάλλονται και εκπρόθεσμες δηλώσεις.Από την έναρξη της Ανάρτησης  τίθενται σε ισχύ οι διατυπώσεις του άρθρου 5 του Ν. 2308/1995 (που αφορούν στη σύνταξη συμβολαίων, στη συζήτηση ενώπιον δικαστηρίου και στην καταχώριση οποιασδήποτε πράξης στο Υποθηκοφυλακείο).
