ΠΑΡΑΤΑΣΗ ΔΗΛΩΣΕΩΝ ΚΤΗΜΑΤΟΓΡΑΦΗΣΗΣ ΓΙΑ ΚΟΖΑΝΗ, ΑΡΓΟΛΙΔΑ ΚΑΙ ΑΡΚΑΔΙΑ

Με νέα αποφασή της η ΕΚΧΑ ΑΕ ανακοινώνει ότι χορηγεί τελευταία παράταση στους ιδιοκτήτες ακινήτων του Νομού Κοζάνης, περιοχών της Αργολίδας και της Αρκαδίας. 

Η νέα προθεσμία είναι κοινή για κατοίκους εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού και λήγει στις 7 Ιανουαρίου 2015.

Στην ανακοίνωσή της η ΕΚΧΑ ΑΕ τονίζει ότι νέα παράταση δεν θα χορηγηθεί. 

Κατόπιν τούτου πρέπει όλοι οι πολίτες να υποβάλλουν δηλώσεις εγγραπτέων δικαιωμάτων στα κατά τόπους Γραφεία Κτηματογράφησης. 

 

Η σημασία της υποβολής δήλωσης

Η υποβολή δήλωσης εγγραπτέου δικαιώματος προβλέπεται από τον νόμο ως υποχρεωτική για όλους τους ιδιοκτήτες ακινήτων που βρίσκονται στις περιοχές αυτές. Με τη δήλωσή τους οι πολίτες πρέπει να δηλώσουν όλα τα εγγραπτέα δικαιώματά τους επί ακινήτων τους. Σε περίπτωση που δεν υποβληθεί δήλωση εγγραπτέου δικαιώματος, το ακίνητο θα εμφανίζεται στο Κτηματολόγιο ως “αγνώστου ιδιοκτήτη”. Εφόσον η πλημμέλεια δεν διορθωθεί, τα ακίνητα αυτά θα περιέλθουν στην κυριότητα του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου, μετά την πάροδο πενταετίας από την ημερομηνία έναρξης λειτουργίας του Κτηματολογίου. 

Επειδή οι συνέπειες της παράλειψης υποβολής δήλωσης είναι σημαντικές και δυσμενείς για τους πολίτες, αφού τα ακινήτά τους θα περιέλθουν κατά κυριότητα στο Δημόσιο, πρέπει όλοι οι δικαιούχοι να υποβάλλουν τις σχετικές δηλώσεις μέχρι 7 Ιανουαρίου 2015. Για τον σκοπό αυτό είναι κρίσιμο να απευθυνθείτε στο Δικηγόρο σας προκειμένου να συμπληρωθεί και κατατεθεί η σχετική αίτηση εντός της προθεσμίας.
