Τοπική Αρμοδιότητα των Νέων Κτηματολογικών Γραφείων για περιοχές του Νομού Θεσσαλονίκης

Σύμφωνα με πρόσφατη ανακοίνωηση της ΕΚΧΑ ΑΕ προσδιορίστηκε η τοπική αρμοδιότητα των νέων Κτηματολογικών Γραφείων για περιοχές του Νομού Θεσσαλονίκης. Ειδικότερα:

Οι κτηματογραφούμενες περιοχές 1) του Δήμου Νεαπόλεως, 2) του Δήμου Πολίχνης, 3) του Δήμου Σταυρούπολης θα υπάγονται στην τοπική αρμοδιότητα του Υποθηκοφυλακείου Νεαπόλεως, το οποίο θα λειτουργεί ως μεταβατικό Κτηματολογικό Γραφείο για τις περιοχές αυτές μέχρι τη σύσταση και λειτουργία του οριστικού Κτηματολογικού Γραφείου. 

Η κτηματογραφούμενη περιοχή του Δήμου Ευκαρπίας θα υπάγεται στην τοπική αρμοδιότητα του Υποθηκοφυλακείου Θεσσαλονίκης, το οποίο θα λειτουργήσει κατά τη μεταβατική περίοδο ως αποκλειστικό κτηματολογικό γραφείο για την περιοχή αυτή. 

Συνεπώς όλες οι απαραίτητες ενέργειες για τον έλεγχο των τίτλων κτήσης και τη διόρθωση των σφαλμάτων θα διενεργούνται από τα ανωτέρω αρμόδια Κτηματολογικά Γραφεία.
