ΕΝΦΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΑΓΡΟΤΕΜΑΧΙΑ – ΤΙ ΘΑ ΙΣΧΥΣΕΙ ΦΕΤΟΣ

Σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση του Υπουργείου Οικονομικών θα εξαιρούνται από τον υπολογισμό συμπληρωματικού ΕΝΦΙΑ τα αγροτεμάχια και τα εκτός σχεδίου ακίνητα, αντίθετα με όσα είχαν αποφασιστεί στον αρχικό σχεδιασμό του Υπουργείου.  

Συγκεκριμένα ανακοινώθηκε πως με διάταξη που θα κατατεθεί άμεσα προς ψήφιση στη Βουλή θα ρυθμίζονται τα παρακάτω θέματα: 

  •  Τα αγροτεμάχια δεν θα υπολογίζονται στο συμπληρωματικό φόρο του ΕΝΦΙΑ των πολιτών. Αυτό γίνεται επειδή παρατηρήθηκε σωρεία λαθών στις δηλώσεις των πολιτών, οι οποίοι και καλούνται το επόμενο διάστημα να διορθώσουν τις δηλώσεις τους.
  •  Ο φετινός ΕΝΦΙΑ θα εξοφληθεί σε πέντε δόσεις και όχι σε τέσσερις, αρχής γενομένης από το τέλος Σεπτεμβρίου. Τα δημοσιεύματα που μιλούν για Αύγουστο δεν ισχύουν.
  •  Ο συνολικός λογαριασμός του ΕΝΦΙΑ θα είναι στο ίδιο επίπεδο με πέρυσι. Όσα δημοσιεύματα μιλούν για αύξηση του συνολικού ποσού του ΕΝΦΙΑ, δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα. Υπάρχει, βέβαια, ανακατανομή των βαρών από τις μικρές στις μεγάλες περιουσίες.
  •  Οι απαλλαγές του ΕΝΦΙΑ θα ισχύουν ακριβώς όπως και πέρυσι. Δηλαδή δεν χάνουν την απαλλαγή όσοι έχουν εισοδήματα από υψηλούς τόκους.
  •  Δεν αλλάζει τίποτα σε σχέση με το ύψος των εισοδηματικών και περιουσιακών κριτηρίων. Δηλαδή δεν χάνουν την απαλλαγή άνεργοι, πολύτεκνοι και άτομα με αναπηρία άνω του 80%, ανεξάρτητα του ύψους των τόκων που έχουν
