Α.Ε., η ανάρτηση των κτηματολογικών στοιχείων για ακίνητα των Προκαποδιστριακών ΟΤΑ: Επανομής, Νέας Μηχανιώνας και Αγγελοχωρίου του Δήμου Θερμαϊκού και Αγίας Παρασκευής, Καρδίας και Τριλόφου του Δήμου Θέρμης. Οι ιδιοκτήτες των ακινήτων καλούνται να ελέγξουν τα αποσπάσπαμα των κτηματολογικών πινάκων και διαγραμμάτων που τους αποστέλλονται (ταχυδρομικά ή ηλεκτρονικά) ως προς την ορθότητά τους.

Η προθεσμία ανάρτησης για τους κατοίκους ημεδαπής είναι δύο μηνών (από 20-6-2019 έως 20-8-2019). Στην ίδια προθεσμία, εάν διαπιστωθούν σφάλματα στα κτηματολογικά στοιχεία, θα πρέπει να υποβληθούν αιτήσεις διόρθωσης ή ενστάσεις προκειμένου να αποκατασταθούν οι πλημμέλειες. Η αντίστοιχη προθεσμία για τους κατοίκους εξωτερικού και το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο είναι τεσσάρων μηνών (έως 20-10-2019). Εάν το σφάλμα αξιολογηθεί ως πρόδηλο ως καταληκτική ημερομηνία διόρθωσης ορίστηκε η 3η Ιουλίου 2020.

Η ανάρτηση των κτηματολογικών στοιχείων επιφέρει σημαντικές συνέπειες στη σύνταξη συμβολαίων και τη συζήτηση αγωγών ενώπιον δικαστηρίων, κατά τα οριζόμενα στο άρθρο 5 ν. 2308/1995.
