Από το έτος 2003 ξεκίνησε σταδιακά η λειτουργία Κτηματολογικών Γραφείων για περιοχές του Νομού Θεσσαλονίκης. Επειδή οι περιοχές αυτές δεν εντάχθηκαν ταυτόχρονα σε καθεστώς λειτουργίας Κτηματολογίου, οι προθεσμίες διόρθωσης των εγγραφών ποικίλουν και διαφέρουν σημαντικά.   3. Καλαμαριάς με ημερομηνία έναρξης την 14η-7-2005,
  4. Νέας Ραιδεστού με ημερομηνία έναρξης την 30η-4-2004, 
  5. Νέων Επιβατών με ημερομηνία έναρξης την 16η-8-2004,
  6. Πανοράματος με ημερομηνία έναρξης την 6η-4-2006 και

  • Το Κτηματολογικό Γραφείο Λαγκαδά, στο οποίο υπάγονται τα ακίνητα των ΟΤΑ:

Ήδη, οι πρώτες εγγραφές για τα ακίνητα της Αγίας Τριάδας έχουν οριστικοποιηθεί. Μπορείτε να μάθετε περισσότερα για την οριστικοποίηση εδώ. Οι εγγραφές πολλών περιοχών θα οριστικοποιηθούν εντός του 2016. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πρέπει να ενημερωθούν και να προβούν στις απαραίτητες ενέργειες διόρθωσης.

Η πάροδος της προθεσμίας μπορεί να οδηγεί σε απώλεια δικαιωμάτων. Όσα ακίνητα μάλιστα έχουν χαρακτηριστεί ως “αγνώστου ιδιοκτήτη” θα περιέλθουν στην κυριότητα του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου, μετά την οριστικοποίηση.
