Με απόφαση του αρμόδιου Yπουργού, που δημοσιεύτηκε στην Εφημερίδα της Κυβέρνησης (ΦΕΚ Β΄2708/2-7-2019), παρατάθηκε εκ νέου η προθεσμία υποβολής δηλώσεων κτηματογράφησης –μεταξύ άλλων και– για την Περιφερειακή Ενότητα Χαλκιδικής έως και την 30η Σεπτεμβρίου 2019 για τους κατοίκους εσωτερικού.
Η αντίστοιχη προθεσμία για τους κατοίκους εξωτερικού και το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο λήγει στις 14 Οκτωβρίου 2019.
Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι η υποβολή δήλωσης είναι υποχρεωτική. Σε περίπτωση μη εμπρόθεσμης υποβολής δήλωσης απειλείται η υποβολή προστίμου.
Επίσης, είναι πιθανό το ακίνητό σας να χαρακτηριστεί ως “άγνωστου ιδιοκτήτη”. Τις συνέπειες χαρακτηρισμού ενός ακινήτου ως “άγνωστου ιδιοκτήτη” μπορείτε να βρείτε εδώ.
